In a category where the first shortlist is increasingly assembled from search results and generated answers, that difference is the marketing asset.

Technical Access Is Not the Competitive Advantage

Nine of the fifteen measured pages scored 100 for Technical Accessibility. The market average was 95.5. HTTPS, working redirects, and a retrievable document are table stakes here. A contractor does not become visible merely because the page loads. The differentiation begins after the fetch.

Entity Clarity Is the Missing Layer

Content and Entity Strength averaged 60.5, the weakest reading in the market. Several technically perfect sites did not declare a publisher entity, page type, or consistent public identity strongly enough for the instrument. That leaves an answer engine reconstructing the business from copy that was written for a human visitor. Sometimes it succeeds. Sometimes it picks the competitor who stated the same facts more clearly.

AI Discoverability Still Trails Classic Search

Search Visibility averaged 80.2. AI Discoverability averaged 66.0. Jacksonville roofers have spent years learning how to title a page, publish service locations, and stay indexable. Far fewer homepages answer the primary question immediately, identify the publisher in structured data, or expose machine guidance at the site root. The gap is not hypothetical. It is visible in the component scores.

The Automated Score Still Needs a Human
